I use command cmd for Mac. In case you have a Microsoft you can press CNTL instead.

CREATING BACKGROUND GROUP

Step 1

Open the zip file and load the font and brush in your Photoshop.

Go to file -> new and open a new file with the settings as below.

CREATE GROUP BG

Step 2

Create a group BG

Go to layer -> new fill layer -> solid color -> white.

Step 3

Open a new layer and place the image with the woman in it.

CREATE GROUP WOMAN

Step 4

Select the woman with the quick selection tool. Select cmd + C and againcmd + V to past. Now you gave the woman with a gradient background on a new layer. Place the layer in the woman group.

Step 5

Copy the layer and make sure that the layer is a smart object.

Step 6

Go to the top menu -> filter -> Blur -> Radical Blur. Use the settings as below.

Step 7

Repeat this step four times. Set the layer as Linear Dodge (Add).

Step 8

Place the layer with the woman selection on top of this layer.

Step 9

Go to the BG group and open a new layer. Place the thunderbolts cloud image.

Step 10

Take a layer mask and select a black – white blur gradient. The top images will now smelt with the image below.

CREATE GROUP COLOR EFFECT

Step 11

Create a new group Color Effect. Select the adjustment layer Gradient Map. Select the colors #1a0089 and #ffffff.

Step 12

Open a new layer. Go to the top menu -> new fill layer -> gradient -> select the color # 004d83 placed 0% – #0096ff 0n 16% and #72edff on 100%. Set layer as multiply!

Step 13

Open a new adjustment layer and select Curves with settings 135 – 175.

Step 14

Create a new group Rain Effect. Open a new layer. Go to the top menu -> layer -> new fill layer -> solid color -> white.

Step 15

Make a copy of the white fill layer. Go to the top menu -> filter -> Noise -> Add noise 80%.

Step 16

Make a copy of this layer. Go to the top menu -> filter -> Blur -> motion Blur with the setting as below.

Step 17

Go the top menu -> image -> adjustment -> levels and select the settings as below.

Step 18

Set the layer as Screen and a fill of 80%.

Step 19

Go to the woman group and open a new layer. Open the star blur 589 with white foreground color and place the Star Blur just under her right chest.

CREATE GROUP LIGHTNING

Step 20

Create a new group lightning and place the layer with the star blur in this group. Give the layer an outer glow as below.

Step 21

Make a copy of this layer. Go the top menu -> filter -> Blur -> Gaussian Blur 30.0 pixels.

Step 22

Go the group Rain effect. Open a new layer and make a black gradient, which is about 1/3 of the file high.

CREATE GROUP WATER SPLASH

Step 23

Open a new group Water Splash and open a new layer. Place the image water splash in the layer. Press on cmd + T and make the image smaller. Place the image on the right site of her head. Give the layer a layer mask. Go the brush tool with the black – white setting and brush the inside of the splash. In case you like to make it more visible just make a copy of the layer.

Step 24

Make a copy of the layer. Press cmd + T -> go to the top menu -> select edit -> Transform -> rotate horizontal. Place the water splash just a bit lower on the left side of the head.

CREATE GROUP TEXT

Step 25

Upload the font Slant from the zip file and write your text in 130 pixels.

Step 26

Give the text a drop shadow with the settings as below.

Step 27

Give the text an inner shadow with the settings as below.

Step 28

Give the text an outer glow with the settings as below.

Step 29

Give the text a inner glow with the settings as below.

Select the color # 00baff.

Step 30

Give the text a bevel and emboss with the settings as below.

Step 31

Give the text a Satin with the settings as below.

Select the color # 0088ff.

Step 32

Give the text a stroke with the settings as below.

Step 33

Set the text layer as Overlay.

Step 34

Open a new layer and place water drops image.

Step 35

Set the layer as clipping mask and as Hard Light.

Step 36

Open in the text group a sub group R. Duplicate the splash from the right head and place his copy layer in the sub map. Place the splash on top of the R.

Step 37

Create a subgroup S and repeat this step with the left head splash. Place the splash on the S.

Step 38

Go to the Woman Group. Open a new layer and place the bubbly_texture. Reduce the image by pressing cmd +T and reduce till it is just covering the top of the woman.
